A whole week of photography and photographers lies ahead of me, so I’m rushing to get this beautiful shoot blogged before I leave. A new company, The Mercerie, specialising in unique designs in knitting and sewing kits, asked me to photograph some of the exciting products in a beautiful lifestyle type of shoot. Sue, who owns The Mercerie, has been a textile designer for some years and decided that 2012, the year of the Diamond Jubilee would be a fantastic year to launch the new online company. So with the aid of a vintage caravan and the beautiful surroundings of Old Catton Park, I spent a fun day with Sue gathering the images that will soon grace her new website!
