Emma and Glenn had spotted a wedding of mine on Whimsical Wonderland Wedding last year and booked me for their own beautiful boho wedding. They were getting married in a very traditional and lovely English village church, followed by a reception for all their family and friends in a wonderful Tipi. The couple, together with Preston, their stunning little boy, were amazing models during their engagement shoot and I was literally hopping with excitement at the thought of photographing their wedding!
The wedding day itself was stunning. Although everyone wishes for good weather, it was clear during the bridal prep, that we were going to have to make do with quite a lot of rain – and in fact, it later transpired that only a few miles away from the wedding, flash floods caused huge chaos to others! But it was a lesson in true love and friendship that not one drop of rain spoiled a second of this day! Emma and Glenn’s wedding has already been shown on Boho Wedding blog, so below are some different pictures – but do click on the link above and pop over and see the others!
Many thanks to Sara Hazeldine for coming to help on the day – we looked a sight in our yellow wellies – but at least we were able to take photos inside and out without getting wet feet!
When you’ve finished, I’d love you to leave a comment and then visit Isabelle as this blog post is part of the Sisterhood Circle!
Such a lovely couple and beautiful set of images! The rain doesn't look like it spoiled anything, they both look so happy xox
Great pictures! You can hardly tell that it rained so badly. But – as they say – got to make the best of it. Which you clearly did.
